Design Dialogues, initiated by Gnosis Services Pvt. Ltd. in 2014 as an annual thought platform, is the design industry’s foremost event that fulfils this need. The event marks the coming together of some of the finest minds in the design and architecture field from across India and abroad. The daylong event presents an interesting mix of presentations and panel discussions. Five editions of the event have been held so far.

Incepted in 2011 on the first anniversary of Washrooms and Beyond Magazine, Wb. Honours was initiated towards reinforcing the significance of the washrooms in architecture and design within the country and bring to the fore, excellence in various areas of the washroom industry and its diverse applications.
Not meant to be a contest, Wb. Honours is a grateful appreciation of good work in the field of washroom design, technology that also extends to the unfashionable and often neglected area of public conveniences in India. Eight editions of the event have been held so far.

With rapid changes in technology and trends, there is a growing need to realign plumbing design with the overall design of the space. This necessitates a platform to bring together all the stakeholders – designers, plumbing consultants and developers. The purpose of ‘Plumbing & Design’, initiated in 2020, is to nudge the professionals to come up with fresh ideas and new design thinking in the areas of plumbing.

To recognise and encourage fresh and innovative ideas into washroom designing, Washrooms and Beyond, came up with the idea of an all India design contest – the first-ever in India to focus only on the washroom, in 2017.
The contest initially targeted budding architects and interior designers. Buoyed by the success of the inaugural edition, the contest is widened to include more categories and an even more diverse set of contestants.

Wb. Washroom Design Challenge – For Practicing Architects And Interior Designers
Buoyed by the success of the Washroom Design Challenge for practising architects and interior designers, Washrooms and Beyond, came up with an all India design contest for architecture and interior design students – the first-ever in India to focus only on washroom.
The purpose of this contest is to tap into the minds of the students, brimming with innovative ideas, and give them a platform to express their design ideas in the area of the washroom.

Wb. Washroom Design Challenge – Students
With the aim to blaze new thought processes and ideas, the daylong conference aims for excellence in sanitation across India. Supported by the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs and the industry associations, the event consists of presentations and panel discussions by eminent specialists on relevant topics and pressing issues that concern social and administrative aspects of sanitation in the cities. This is a felicitation ceremony recognising some of the exceptional works done by individuals, organisations and experts towards making India a cleaner place.
